Based on a survey of more than 17,000 people from around the world, U.S. News has ranked the top 10 countries for technological expertise, as part of its 2023 Best Countries report. The survey asked respondents to associate countries with the term “technological expertise”, which is one of the attributes used to measure the entrepreneurship subranking of the report. The survey also assessed countries based on other attributes, such as innovation, quality of life, cultural influence, and power.
